    Hello,

I am not all that familiar with licenses in general. But always ask if I’m not sure.

I have the NetworkComms.net personal edition 3.0.1 (purchased it back in 2014)
I am working on an open source emulator (genesis) that allows for multi player.

Can I use this product in that environment. I ask as this isn’t a ‘commercial’ app its a fun project I’m working and would like to share the code.

    Thanks

    Hi Marcus,

I think this is only allowed with the GPL version of Networkcomms.

Please note that it’s version v2.3.1, which is probably missing out on some bug fixes and performance improvements etc. that happened after that time.

The version we are using is only downloadable with a (payed for) license, so i’m pretty sure it’s not ment to be included in a public open source repository.
