You listen on your local IP (i.e. private IP) not the PUBLIC IP. People can connect to you from anywhere on the internet using your PUBLIC IP because you have configured the necessary port forwarding, your router takes care of the rest.
Oh stupid me…. I SEND the messages over the internet… not listening on the internet :DDD MY bad! Sry! I’ll try it later and let you know!
